How do payments appear in Xero after a customer pays an invoice?
- Invoices paid from a payment link sent by Paycepaid, will be reconciled on Xero and allocated against the customer’s file.
- An invoice paid using different means (EFT, Bpay, Paypal etc) once reconciled through Xero using regular channels will also be reconciled on Paycepaid, ensuring no payment reminders are sent out incorrectly.
